During the period of treatment, the external expression and time of showing efficacy with the patients were quite varied eachother, the following descriptions were detailed as a conclusion from three typical cases: 1, the area of leukoma got shortened gradually; 2, the color of leukoma became pale or darker by degrees; 3, in the center of leukoma appeared of pigment-island. The process of showing efficacy was advanced gradually, so that the patient had better to take several photos for the suffered parts before treatment in order to make a comparison with the curative effect of the original suffered parts later on , and that might increase the confidence of a cure for the treatment to the patients and being beneficial to take a favourable turn for the pathological state. Based on a certain effectiveness to run further consolidation treatment can achieve a cure of the disease.
